“Stadium is our common house” project in the beauty focus
Early in March Rostov-on-Don hosted the first match of Europe League last 16 final between home team “Rostov” and English footballers of “Manchester United”. Under the joint project with the RFPL “Stadium is our common home” European Legal Service participated again in legal assistance to the match fans. This time “Manchester United” fans were also provided with the legal aid. That was possible after Viktoriya Lopyreva as the 2018 FIFA World Cup ambassador, famous TV hostess, photo model, blogger and winner of “Miss Russia” addressed to the project managers.
“Being the FIFA World Cup 2018 ambassador I addressed to the RFPL and offered to create under the “Stadium is our common home” project, the round-the-clock English speaking support center for “Manchester United” fans that arrive to our wonderful town to visit the Europe League match. RFPL and its partner European Legal Service replied kindly to my letter. If any problems or conflicts a fan regardless of his nationality, can apply for highly qualified legal assistance on any issue during the whole match. I am thankful to the RFPL and its legal partner for support and organization of call –center both for “Manchester United” fans anв Russian fans.”- Viktoriya Lopyreva said.
This time appeal to the call-center concerned not only law disputes of the fans before, during and after the match but reference and information issues as well. English fans were especially interested in Viktoriya due to she organized press-trip for journalist to the stadium under construction at the Don left bank and besides took part in handing of warm blankets under Rostov fans’ program #GENTLEFAN.
The day before the match Viktoriya through her pages in social networks, wished every citizen of our country to become a “volunteer” for the period of international matches and to enable the country visitors to consider hospitality, friendship, culture and traditions of our people, and judge on readiness of Russia to please the fans with both showy football and service and premium safety.
