The Russian Football Union (RFU) and the Russian Football Premier League (RFPL) consider not unimportant the issue of the secure and comfortable holding of such a high-level matches.

In connection with this on the initiative of RFU and under the auspices of the European Legal Service (ELS) it was decided to throw into action the Fans Hotline 8-800-775-76-88 as a part of work of the Fans Multilingual Support Centre from 25 to 28 of September.

The Fans Multilingual Support Centre was established with the direct involvement of RFU. For the first time in the world practice the fans were provided the unpaid and twenty-four-hours support on the inquiry and information questions and legal points in Russian, English, Deutch, French, Spanish and Portugese for the FIFA Confederations Cup 2017 holding period.

Also, the Manchester United fans remembered their team’s first 1/8 final match of the Europe League with the host team Rostov in Match 2017 for a long time.

Then, due to the appeal of the famous TV presenter, model, blogger and the owner of the Miss Russia title Victoria Lopyreva to RFPL and ELS after the World Footbal Cup 2018, the club fans were given the free and round-the-clock online support in English.
