ELS Speaker at World Football Fandom Expo-2017 in China

The European Legal Service, as an organization with unique experience in the creation and implementation of projects: "The Stadium is our common home" (RFPL / ELS), and the recent work on CC-2017 – "Multilingual support center for fans" (RFU / ELS), was invited as speaker of the event.

Oleg Semenov, Deputy Director General of the European Legal Service for work with sports organizations, introduced the Company at the forum and made a presentation. In his presentation Oleg Semenov gave an analytical reference for the development of fan culture of Russia in the period 1972-2017, spoke about the social project "Stadium – our common home" (RFPL / ELS), the project "Gentelfan" in the example of the match “Rostov-Manchester United”, recent work on CC-2017 – "Multilingual support center for fans" (RFU / ELS) and FAN ID.

China, which develops not only football but also fan culture, quickly responded to the appearance of the high-tech service “Multilingual support center for fans” (RFU / ELS) and the organizers of the World Football Fandom Expo-2017 (WFFE) have invited representatives of the ELS to share their experience on the world stage of the fan events.

The organizers of WFFE-2017 were able to unite the fans from all over the world. Representatives from countries such as Africa, Indonesia, Japan, Scotland, England and Brazil, Spain, France, Italy and Portugal also spoke with the ELS.
